By accessing or using Bull Score, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
Bull Score provides cryptocurrency market analysis, scoring, and educational information. We aggregate and process public market data to generate insights, signals, and summaries designed to help users understand market conditions.
Bull Score is not a financial adviser. Nothing on Bull Score constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not broker trades, hold funds, or custody assets. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
3. User accounts
You may create an account using email and password or, when available, a supported identity provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Bull Score offers both free and paid Pro plans. Pro subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, designs, and materials on Bull Score are owned by Bull Score or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use Bull Score for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
- Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to Bull Score without permission.
7. Third-party data and services
Bull Score relies on third-party market data providers, exchanges, and infrastructure services. We do not control these providers and cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of their data. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Bull Score is provided on an “as is" and “as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any analysis or score is accurate or suitable for your purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bull Score and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Bull Score in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bull Score and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bull Score at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other business reason. You may delete your account at any time through the application.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bull Score operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated" date.
